Suddenly the quicksilver flash of a bonefish materializes from the glare, cruising left to right across the bow at 60 feet. You have only seconds to make this presentation. If this were your backyard, you could nail the cast with your eyes closed. But these are the tropics, and today, you're staring down the throat of an 18 knot "breeze." You've imagined this scenario a hundred times; eye, arm, rod and line working in perfect harmony to drop the pattern of feathers and fur to the fish of your dreams.
